Frank is responsible for identifying new opportunities for Envelopment. He manages the acquisition, initial conceptualization, marketing, and the financing for their builds. He spent the past ten years working with numerous large scale multi-family developers, leading pre-selling efforts, creating and implementing marketing strategies, and managing transactions throughout construction.

Before becoming involved in real estate, Frank worked as a market maker at the CBOT for ten years. He attended the University of Michigan where he studied architecture, planting the seed for his current endeavors.

Powercore Construction is Envelpment’s preferred General Contractor. Founded by Delroy Mangal, Powercore has thirty years of experience in many varieties of construction throughout Greater Chicago and Wisconsin. Recent and current projects include: single family and multi family residential, industrial and commercial projects, public urban projects, and the installation of geothermal energy systems.

Powercore Construction enjoys the challenges that each new build provides and strives to provide longevity, sustainability, conservation, energy efficiency, and value in everything they do.

Envelopment relies on the expertise of ARRUS International LLC for the architectural consultation and design of their projects.

Velina Mirincheva and Kiril Mirintchev – the principals of ARRUS International LLC, are located in Evanston, IL, and have more than twenty years of experience in the local market. They are fluent in all facets of the design process; from the initial conceptualization, to zoning and entitlements, and all the way to completion. ARRUS also has extensive experience with urban planning & interior architecture.
